To others, borrowing privileges are available at the Librarian's discretion and for a nominal fee to be set by the Board. This fee will purchase a lifetime library card for all family members living at one address.

As a community resource, the Marcellus Township Wood Memorial Library's mission is to enrich life, stimulate curiosity, foster literacy and provide the resources necessary for an informed citizenry.

The Library has computers available for public use. The library also offers copy and fax services for a fee.
